How do I return an item?

If you would like to return a product for a full refund or if you would like to exchange an item, you must contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase. Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be issued after the 28 days have passed.

There is a £2 restocking fee for each returned item unless the item was damaged or you received an incorrect item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, the standard shipping rates of the returned item will be refunded to you. However, we will not cover higher shipping costs than the original postage cost of the item that was sent.

We will not issue a refund until we receive the returned item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you by email within 1–3 business days to let you know when to expect the refund or the replacement.

Please contact us before returning an item. All returns must be sent to the below address. Please use the original packaging if possible.
